Wouldn't answer the phone either tome we called
Was horrible they had bed bugs and small roaches.
They hardly clean your room and I left immediately because they had bed bugs. I'm not the only one who had to leave due to bed bugs. I only gave it 1 star because it won't let me give it negative stars. The absolute worst place I have ever stayed in my life.
Rarely cleaned, and infested with bed bugs.
Im not very happy with the mexicans that run this place. They dont ever answer the phone. They wont fix the heat and i have to use google translater to talk to colleen and she still doesnt know what im talking about when i say the heat isnt working and she wouldnt give me the wifi password. How can you own a buiness if you cant speak english. Half of the people who stay here are english speaking coal miners. Her daughter is not very helpful either , dont even try calling her, eventually shell just shut her phone off instead of dealing with the problems people have. I only stay here because semi cheap but thats it. I would not reccomend staying here. Go to the clarion and ask about there 75- 80$ a night rooms.
