Very nice hotel on the west side of Craig with easy access to highway but still very quiet. Ample parking and even a plug-in spot for our plug-in hybrid. Rather standard BW breakfast but quite nice lobby area and outside. No free national paper. Looks like a nice pool & hot tub, but we didn't use it. Exercise facility across the street is available for free.
My review is on behalf of my sister and myself. The hotel was our "home away from home" for a week from November 11 to 18, 2017. We could not imagine a finer, more service oriented, welcoming and professional accommodation. Superlative is the term we would apply to each staff member; the consistently professional/personal way we were treated; the cleanliness of the entire facility, inside and out; the daily morning (free) breakfast served in the dining room; and the guest-intuitive-accommodations in our lovely room. The rating system only extends to five stars. We would give a 10-star rating if that were possible. If/when we return to Craig, there is no question where we will stay.

Got in here at the last minute, girls at the front desk were very welcoming, helpful and friendly, the lady that checked me in was Alyssa, she is a credit to the hotel. Hotel is nicely decorated, very clean. Nice looking pool and hot tub. Room was spotless, nice shower, beds, good tv with many channels. Friendly and helpful ladies cleaning the rooms also. Really can't say anything negative about my stay here. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay again.
Room was fine cleanliness wise. Quite small though. Trouble with key cards and they had to be recoded, not just mine but many patrons experienced same. I requested an additional nights stay (once I was already there so I acknowledge the short notice) and assumed I was good. Upon returning from dinner, the key cards didn't work so front desk recoded and came up to room to make sure they worked. This at 10pm. Once in our room, I was informed that we could not stay the additional night. Since I had to be out at 5am for my appointment, that meant I had to pack up my stuff and then find another place the next day after a long day in the field. If the key card hadn't malfunctioned then I wonder if they would have told me before I left in the morning the next day...very disappointed and given the competitors place I stayed it is way overpriced. Competitors property was significantly better value.
