Beware of having your oil changed here. Asked for a simple oil change with synthetic oil. Without permission they added snake oil to my engine which is nothing more than additional additives and charged me for it. These type of additives change the formulation of the oil and can be detrimental to the engine. I would avoid taking your vehicle to a place that thinks they are smarter than the lubrication engineers and chemists that formulate lubricants. Shops add this stuff and charge double the cost of additive as a way to make more money to help their bottom line. Avoid anyplace that will that perform any kind of work without permission.
I was traveling to Craig for business and my truck was having issues running correctly. I brought my truck in on a Friday Morning and although they were busy they fit me in their schedule and solved my issue. The Chapman's Automotive team was knowledgeable and honest.
I like the atmosphere at Chapman's. I bring my car here for general maintenance and oil changes. The mechanics are excellent. I never have to question the quality of their work. They are highly knowledgeable.
Am from California & stopped in with some issues with my truck. They took it right in & diagnosed problem with no charge. Gave me a printout of problems for my mechanic to fix when I get home as they didn't need to be done right away. Very friendly family atmosphere!
