Food good, need to be more up on cleaning eatting area,and letting the homeless hang out there all day. Very scary.
The food was fresh. I really appreciated that because we had been on the road for 5 hours and really needed to stop. I gave it 4 because the wait was a little long.
I go to this Wendy's quite a lot, the food and service are great !! The only thing that lowers the rate is every time I go there, I pay for my purchase then I have to pull forward and wait for them to bring it out, this is so it shows a faster serve time and not the actual time it takes going thru the drive up window. I feel this could be improved someway or another.
Ordered a frosty to go. Waited while all the other orders were filled in order they were placed. I'm not calling for anarchy but couldn't a frosty been filled in the downtime while other meals were cooking?
Nobody had gloves on. Service took forever since there was only one cashier and she was also doing the drinks. Employees couldn't read to go or for here. Food came up faster than expected. Place wasn't to clean but we hit the rush hour so it's a toss up. It should be watched tho so the customers have a clean eating area. Trash was over loaded. Something else that should be considered.
