My Son and Wife were just told by a PA that she needed to set them straight that there is no such thing as Bacterial Bronchitis. That is news to me and the rest of the medical World. This place scares the heck out of me with shotty diagnosis. I am certain that Mount Sinai would like to know they are treating a non existent bacterial infection.
Great office staff. The dr we see is awesome with my son and my daughters provider has lots of energy.
I've liked just about every Dr. I've seen here, especially my child's pediatrician. However, the receptionists up front are very rude. They're always impatient with me and they always have an attitude. It makes the whole experience challenging. I never look forward to my appointments because I have to deal with those ladies. They need to be trained in customer service manners - whispering and giving dirty looks to patients is petty and unprofessional, to say the least!
The staff is great, the only problem I had it the times open on this page are incorrect... I called at 8:00 am and they were still closed.
