Every time I'm in here I have a bad experience. The check-out employees are always, ALWAYS rude. I was just in here today and I used the self check-out, to avoid another rude employee. Something I was purchasing came up as the wrong price and so I told the employee working the self check-out about it. She huffed, rolled her eyes and got her manager involved to correct the pricing. The manager, a young female, huffed and rolled her eyes too, pushed her way in front of my child and was extremely rude the entire time. I get that customer service jobs aren't he most fun, but work somewhere else if you hate your job that much. I'm going to corporate. I shouldn't have to deal with this type of behavior every time I shop. Unacceptable.
They have a sign hanging in the customer service desk that says they'll refund or exchange any item with or without receipt within 90 days of purchase. Took a bad Blu Ray player back in 40 days WITH receipt, WITH 2 year protection plan. They exchanged the box, but forced me to buy a new plan, so I just got over a month out of my two year plan. The employee says that they only had to exchange within 30 days, and the manager said they only had to do it within 15 days for electronics. I point to the sign right behind them both and they say that doesn't apply in my situation. So in other words, just another lie to get your business with NO intent to honor their policy or protection plan, either way. If there were any other store in town I'd have just demanded a full refund. What's the point in a policy or plan if they only apply when the manager decides they should? False advertising, compete lack of customer service.
What can I say it's a Wal-Mart? Super small. Clean. Help is there to get a check. That's it.
Nice usually quiet I usually go here to do my grocery shopping every month, it's about an hour drive but it's worth my family's time never had a bad experience so far
Very awesome place here. Hunters need to check them out. Clean and friendly staff. Very economical I must say. Come see them :)
